After losing both of her abusive parents at a young age, Selysa departed on a deep spiritual journey to India where she explored the mind-body connection, movement medicine, and healing. She supports those grieving the loss of an abusive relationship to calm the shock, process and release their emotions, and move forward with their lives. Selysa has guided hundreds of patients to peace.
A treatment with Selysa may include a guided meditation, clearing of the auric field, deep relaxation, yoga, and unconditional love. She creates a safe space to unlearn patterns of anxiety and stress, allowing you to easily find peace. Selysa weaves ancient practices with practical wisdom to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual growth. She first studied reiki in India on a five year self-led world schooling journey. This odyssey took her to twenty countries where she was a student of yoga, meditation, herbalism, and acrobatics.
Selysa completed a bachelor’s degree in education, a 300 hour school of Awakening and Healing in Koh Phangan, Thailand, a 200 hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, and received her reiki attunements in Dharmashala, India. Upon her return home, she opened Sacramento Reiki Center.
